Terms of Service

By using StatementLocal (the "Service") you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

StatementLocal converts text-based PDF bank and credit card statements into CSV and Excel files inside your browser. A free plan allows one file per day; paid plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, 30-Day Pass) allow unlimited files and batch conversion while active.

2. Accuracy — please review your data

Statement layouts vary widely. We reconstruct tables heuristically and check results against printed balances where available, but we do not guarantee that every transaction is extracted correctly. You are responsible for reviewing converted data before relying on it for accounting, tax or financial decisions. The Service is not financial, tax or accounting advice.

3. Accounts and purchases

Paid plans are sold by Creem as Merchant of Record and are subject to Creem's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. The 30-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that does not renew. Access is unlocked per browser via a signed token; you may restore it in another browser with your Checkout ID.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for documents you are authorized to process. Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, resell access, or interfere with the Service.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including errors in converted data.

7. Changes

We may modify the Service or these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Price changes for subscriptions take effect at the next renewal after notice.
